What are the requirements to rent?
At least 2 Government Issued ID’s or Passport
Any billing statement under your name or the following (Parents, Siblings, Relatives)
Driver’s license photocopy
50% downpayment or Full payment upon booking.
For non-Philippine residents; itinerary, passport and driver's license would do.
Company Rental – Certificate from the company requesting rental, signed by the highest official of the company.

How is the rental fee calculated?
The rental fee is determined in accordance with the model of the vehicle and the length of the rental period. If the user has requested any additional options, accessories, compensation package, or other services, the applicable costs will be added to the basic fee accordingly.
Is there a mileage limit and free fuel?
No. There are no mileage restrictions or additional fees.
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of rental to avoid refueling charges.
Where can I park my personal car/motor during Rental?
You can leave your personal car/motor at the parking lot.
Do late-return fees apply?
Vehicles are rented on a daily (24-hour) basis. There is a 29-minute grace period for returns. After 30 minutes late, hourly car rate charges may apply.
Use of the vehicle beyond the agreed return time specified herein shall be subject to the penalty rate (P200-300) per hour unless an extension has been requested and approved.
Can I extend my contract?
It is possible to extend the rent only after prior contact with the office as well as the availability of the car. This is also the necessity to settle for another day of rental.
Where can I return a rental vehicle?
You can return a rental vehicle to the location from which you rented it.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled. But cancellation fee pre-determined by the company may apply if you cancel your reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your reservation.
How do I cancel a reservation?
If your reservation was confirmed directly with our phone representatives or thru our facebook page, please use the same channel to cancel it.
